Cleaning Service Terms
1. Scope of Service
Our company provides professional cleaning services for Airbnb listings, including but not limited to room cleaning, bathroom disinfection, bed linen changing, garbage disposal, basic tidying and cleaning, and room renovation. Specific service details are subject to the service plan or order confirmed by both parties.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Customers must book their cleaning service time in advance. Our company will arrange cleaning staff reasonably according to the check-in and check-out times of the property. If customers need to change the time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, rescheduling or cancellation fees may apply.
3. Service Standards
Our company is committed to providing professional, efficient, and meticulous cleaning services to ensure the property is clean enough for the next guest. If customers have any objections to the cleaning results, they should provide feedback within 12 hours after the service is completed, and we will arrange appropriate follow-up or re-cleaning.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure that cleaning staff can easily enter the property (e.g., by providing access codes or keys). If the service cannot be performed due to the inability to enter the property, a basic on-site fee may still be charged.
5. Damage and Liability
In the event of damage to items due to improper handling by our staff during the cleaning process, our company will assume reasonable compensation liability after verification. Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of valuables and cash; our company is not liable for the loss of undeclared valuables.
6. Fees and Payment
Service fees are calculated based on the property area, cleaning type, and service frequency. Clients must complete payment by the agreed time. Late payment may result in service suspension.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Confirmed service orders must be cancelled in advance. Temporary cancellations or same-day cancellations may incur partial service fees.
8. Service Adjustment Rights
Our company reserves the right to adjust service time or fees based on the actual cleaning situation of the property and will communicate and confirm with the client in advance.
9. Privacy and Security
Our company promises to strictly protect client property information, access control information, and client data, using them only for providing cleaning services.
