1. Service Cancellation and Refund

Customers who need to cancel a booked cleaning service must notify our company in advance:

Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund or one free rescheduling.

Cancellation 12–24 hours in advance: 30% service fee will be charged as a time reservation cost.

Cancellation less than 12 hours in advance or on the same day: 50% service fee will be charged.

Cleaning staff arrived but were unable to enter the property: 100% service fee will be charged.

2. Service Quality Refund

If customers are not satisfied with the cleaning service, they should provide feedback within 12 hours of service completion, along with relevant explanations or photos.

Or, after verification, a partial refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations will not be eligible for a refund:

The customer fails to provide the access method for the property on time.

The actual cleaning difficulty of the property is significantly higher than described at the time of booking.

The customer arranges for a third party to redo the cleaning.

Reasonable delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.

4. Refund Processing Time

After confirmation that the refund conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. The specific arrival time depends on the customer’s payment method or the bank’s processing time.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Customers can apply for rescheduling based on the property’s occupancy status. Rescheduling is subject to the cleaning team’s availability. Our company will make every effort to coordinate arrangements.

6. Right to Adjust Policy

Our company reserves the right to adjust the refund policy within a reasonable scope and will notify customers in advance or publish the latest version on the official website.
